So far I am able to write to ini and read from but can not figure out why it is adding same key twice (in case I have selected a file that already is in same "section" and not skipping it. I thought it would be better to use ini like file (having all favourites in one file) and put tag as "subject" and file path as "key", and no =value. (should mention I am still fresh with ini)

I want to create tags for files (not iptc or xmp) and tag browser like you see some movie database have (action, horror, etc) Saying that, I have been appending favorite files (file paths) into text files by "subject.txt" so I have a few text files then reading text and creating thumbnail viewer. I can browse my folders and load my favorites by reading text files. I have been working on a script that has thumbnail photo browser in it.
